The food is always very nice and the waiters are commonly polite. However, surprisingly, I have come across a very rude waiter. I stayed in the queue waiting for my turn for the table to become free and suddenly saw people going past the queue to the table which was being cleaned. I approached them and asked to join the queue. When I came back the waiter was trying to sit people who were behind me. So, I asked him why he is not keeping track of those who are coming in because it takes time to wait. He affirmed in a very rude and dominating manner that those people were first although I came quite a while ago and I didn't see them. When I tried to disagree with him, he interrupted me abruptly and, with the raised voice, said it is okay and there are empty tables. When I went to this place, I had what I would rate among the worst burgers you can possibly have in Berlin. The patty was definitely factory-made - the kind you get at McDonald's and Burger King. In addition, the entire burger tasted as if the ingredients had just been thrown together randomly - yes, every ingredient listed in the menu was present, but apparently, no-one ever bothered to give a flying frell what could and should be combined and in what quantities so that it actually creates a nice taste experience.

It was frankly one of the very few times I did not finish my burger because it was really exceptionally bad. The waiter probably could tell what was up and, presumably, didn't ask me whether I liked it on purpose.

If you are doing your shopping close to the Wilmersdorferstr, or the Arkaden, then Extrablatt is the place to go to for a bite or a drink. Also for a brunch on Sundays. The Sunday brunch is ok and usually the place is full. The coffee is not their strongest specialities, but you get some good collection of real tea (not tea bags). The Gin menu card is very good. They have a variety of burgers, which are worth trying including vegan option and mayonnaise. Cards payments are accepted. Free WiFi. They take reservations and it is accessible for wheelchairs.
