4/10 (FAILED). Disclaimer: I have studied for several years the art of making pizza and I like to visit different restaurants to get new ideas, try different type of doughs and gets some insights about the pizza culture of each city.
The place itself and the service are quite good, nothing to complain about. Italians operate it, which is nice.
Regarding the quality of the food, I can just speak for the pizza, which I found pretty much below average. The cheese was overcooked and blended with the tomato sauce, which barely has any intense tomato flavour - in a proper pizza, you can even take the cheese from the pizza and eat it alone. Then, the pizza dough seemed to me to be lacking of maturing time, it was too salty (I had to wake up at night to drink water to recover), salt was not well integrated in the dough and after a few minutes it was like chewing gum. Best doughs you can heat them the day after but this was close to be uneatable, although I am aware that Roman pizza is not as friendly for this as the Neapolitan pizza. Finally, the non-spicy salami looked like supermarket discount one, and the champignons as well. I could understand in a cheap pizzeria but this was not cheap at all!
My hope writing this comment is not that the restaurant owner pisses off and throws it away but the opposite. I hope that they can improve their pizza, because I see for the location much potential. Some things may be insurmountable like changing their oven to a better one but I still see a lot of room for...

This was hands down one of the best meals we’ve had in Berlin—so good, we practically licked our plates clean!
When we first arrived, the restaurant was full, but after a brief 10-minute wait outside, we were seated inside, and our table preference was kindly taken into account, even though we hadn’t made a reservation.
The atmosphere was perfect: cozy lighting, the sound of laughter and conversation filling the air, and the mouth-watering aromas from the kitchen hinting at what was to come.
Service was prompt and attentive, everyone was very lovely. Our waiter brought our wine right away, and we quickly dove into the menu. For starters, we ordered the Feta with Mango. It was so incredibly delicious that by the time I thought to take a picture, all that was left was an empty plate. It’s a must-try!
For the main course, we chose from the seasonal menu—sea bass and steak. Both dishes were beautifully presented and absolutely mouthwatering. This time, I made sure to take pictures before diving in!
To finish, we treated ourselves to the Tiramisu Limoncello from the weekly rotating seasonal menu. The staff even brought us a complimentary shot of limoncello, which was a lovely touch.
While the prices are on the higher side, the experience is worth every penny. In fact, I’ve already made two more reservations!
P.S. All allergies were taken into account:)
One small downside: the restaurant is cash-only, so make sure to bring...
Read moreI am really disappointed, I'll never go there again. I used to enjoy going to this restaurant, both service and food were really good. But last time when I was there they served the cutlery on a used napkin. I did not notice it first, because it looked like it was new, but when I used it and unfolded I saw lipstick and sauce marks on it. It was really disgusting! When I pointed it out, the waiter just said "Sorry" and brought me a new napkin. I don't understand how they mixed up used and new napkins, but I think they probably reuse napkins if they seem to be unused. Of course it's just my guess, I can't tell for sure, but I can't think of any other explanation... Anyways I think such things are not acceptable, especially during the...
