Best Western Hotel Kantstrasse Berlin — Hotel in Berlin

I was travelling solo for bussiness purposes. WIFI connection is stable and there is really comfortable chair and table to work from. Also near are connection hub (HDMI, AUX etc) to a TV in the wall you can connect really easily.

Location is really great. Really close to a Hotel are both U-bahn and S-bahn stations. From airport you need only one transportation which is really convinient if you are travelling with bigger suitcases. Close to a hotel are excellent food corners (next door to entrance is McDonalds, and across street is Burger King). Also really close are DM and TK Maxx as well as MediaMarkt.

Breakfast is also great, you can choose from a lot of things what to eat, from salami to sweets, milk... Free juices and free coffee. Also you can take coffee during the day.

On the other hand, I was there for 7 days, for 7 days noone came to change sheets, noone came to fill up soup in the bathroom, noone came to take out trash. Once they knoked on the door to ask if I need water so I asked them to take out trash. But that was it. Maybe it's my fault since I didn't told them this specifics at the receptions. I didn't needed it, since I was working from company office and I was in a Hotel only to spend a night so I didn't needed anything from mentioned above, but for someone it will be usefull to know and maybe to ask/check at the receptions what are rules since there are some more covid rules applied (this could be also case).

The location of this hotel is excellent. McDonald's, TK max, and Media Makt are located within 50 meters.

The price and condition of the hotel are also not bad. The problem arose after I checked out, leaving the jacket in the closet. On the same evening, I contacted you as soon as I remembered that I had left my jacket, but the response to the lost item was very disappointing and time consuming. I had to send an e-mail to the hotel representative's e-mail without confirmation on the same day (I was told that they are too busy to check so that I should send email to info@ address - and someone will reply on the next day), and I received a reply the next day saying that they cound not find a jacket. However, I felt that the response was very mechanical.

I've had the experience of checking out from time to time by leaving the product in my hotel room, but this is the first time I've actually forgotten it, and the way I checked it was very inconvenient. Please note you should send email if there is something wrong after check out. No one will help right away. I don't think it is worthy of an international...

Im living in Berlin and due to personal reasons, I had to rent a hotel to stay for 1 day. Then there are my bad experiences: I arrived at the hotel at 13:30 and waited until 15:00 to check in, but unfortunately they didn't let me check in because I live in Berlin.
