i recommend going somewhere else, where there is an empathetic service: my pregnant fiancé and i went there today. when we ordered the food the cashier told me 20-25 minutes till we get the order, because it is busy. we really tried to be patient. we waited for roughly 45 minutes and then i went there and asked where our food is. he told me there are 6 more pizzas to do and then he can make ours. he estimated that it takes another 10-15 minutes. i told him that we waited, far longer than promised and that my fiancé is pregnant and has a bloodsugar/bloodpressure problem and that she needs the food now. i poliltely asked him with a sense of urgency to make our pizzas next. he rejected the information and my polite request and repeated that it takes another 15 minutes. i told my fiancé and she said she can't anymore. i told him that this service is absolutely irresponsible and bad and charged my money back. he gave me my money and the tip i originally gave him. i do not recommend this place and service at all. we had to quickly go to a nearby imbiss to buy fries instead. my fiancé cried and because this really took a...

The pizza was good, but the staff - while not rude or anything - just was not very friendly and the whole ordering process was not the most pleasant. You can only pay with cash or via PayPal, in which case you need to scan a QR code and enter the amount yourself. When ordering the vegan pizza and they ask you if you also want vegan cheese, they'll bill you an extra 2€ for that. Even though it's technically on the menu that vegan cheese is +2€ I found it a bit unclear and kind of dubious that the vegan pizza comes without cheese by default. If you only care about the quality of the pizza, you can definitely go for it, just don't necessarily expect the most pleasing experience there.

After 1 hour waiting we asked what was the state of our order (5pizzas), 30 min before they told us it was busy and to wait other 20 min. Then apparently the order wasn’t there, all good let’s order again.. the Italian pizza maker snapped to us and started insulting and threatening us multiple times even when his coworkers asked him to stop.
