DAWAT Berlin — Restaurant in Berlin

I have ordered through Uber eats, it's said a person from restaurant is going to deliver the order. I am writing this as soon as I received the order from them. Not even started eating yet. The delivery person started shouting at me. I was waiting for the call from delivery person, after sometime someone called me for my order (no idea if it's delivery person or restaurant). I immediately took the call and went outside to collect it but he started shouting at me in Hindi (I know it a bit but I can't speak) saying that, why cannot you open the door (at least what I have understood) , he said he has been waiting here for 10 minutes and no one opened the door (But he could have called me), and I cannot just wait outside for my order to come. Apart from that he shouted Many things which most of them I couldn't get it. How would I know he is at my door if he didn't ring the bell or knock the door.

I even lost my appetite because of this, I just reported this and writing this review. I am writing this review, because the restaurant should at least manage their people who is delivering food to customers. It feels just like people throwing food at your face (how could someone eat if the food is thrown at your face)

Please please manage your people..... It's my kind request. If you can't manage it, please don't do...

NEVER GO HERE. Literally STOLE our money. Ordered food, never showed up and they have not and will not refund us! Read below if you want full story. Wish I could give minus stars. The worst I have ever ever come across. We ordered food from here 2 weeks ago through the leiferando app. 1.5 hours later it had still hadn't showed up. We called the store and they hurriedly got us off the phone saying your order will be there in 10min. They didn't even take our order number. 10/20min passed we tried calling again and it just wouldn't go through. We tried calling over 10 times and it wouldn't work. Eventually we gave up, ordered other food, and the app said our food was delivered. It never showed up. Now we are trying to get a refund through the app and they said we have to contact the store because the owner refused the refund. I just tried to call and after trying to explain and get a refund for a while they just hung up up on me. They literally just took our money and are not going to give it back. The worst service and restaurant I have ever come across. Beware of this absolute scam they will...

If I could give 0 stars I would. I wanted a Sunday night in so I decided to order some Indian food. I should have read the reviews first. Because this was the worst Indian food I’ve eaten in my life. I don’t even know if you can call it Indian food. Because that didn’t taste like anything I would describe as Indian food. (And I am Indian) After having to wait 1,5 hours, the food finally arrived. The sauce was not sauce. It tasted like badly, or just not spiced soup. The chicken in my butter chicken was uhm defensively not chicken I think. I don’t even know how to describe it, it was horrible. I don’t know how someone can mess up rice but even that was bad, it was cold and tasted as if it was rice from 2 weeks ago. As for the vegetable samosas. They were cold and tasted like they were just out of the freezer. Anyway if I were you, I would never ever order or eat at this place. It’s very very bad. Run away, if you see this place. Ps: my friend got horrible diarrhea after eating just a little of the so called...
