Had a horrible experience.
Delivered food was uncooked. Called them and they completely denied accepting that it is uncooked. I told them that they can come and check themselves. The person responded that they don't have time to do this and they will not do anything to help. If I want, I can go there myself at 12:30 in the night and show the food. (Note that this was a delivery order)
The person on the phone was unpleasant to talk to.

Nach 1 Std haben wir dort mal angerufen, es wurde uns bestätigt das der Fahrer unterwegs ist.
20 min später, bei einer Fahrzeit von 10min, haben wir erneut angerufen.
Bestellung nicht eingegangen obwohl es der selbe Mitarbeiter war.
Nach Prüfung haben wir erneut eine Mail bekommen für die Bestätigung der Bestellung für eine Lieferzeit von 1h.
Wir würden zurück gerufen das es auf einmal ein Problem mit der App gab und sie die Bestellung nun bearbeiten.
Essen wurde storniert und nun offen wir das wir unser Geld wieder sehen.
Dort bestellen wir nie wieder.
