Dunkin' Donuts — Restaurant in Berlin

The blonde old female employee has mental issues and this needs to be escalated. She should not work in customer service when she hates people (especially POC). I normally buy here from too good to go and they have very excellent variety of options and they are almost all very tasty. The young employee is always very smiling and friendly. The blonde and older employee who works here however only puts 1 sort of donut in the box, and when I told her that this is not the idea behind too good to go and her colleagues put one from all varieties they have left over, she got really loud and said I paid only 4.50 and not 13 euros to get the full package ^^ I then went back in to photograph the useless box she packed just because I wanted to save the donuts from going to waste, she attacked me and threatened me with calling the police. I wish she did and they put her in a mental hospital. She really hurt me and if I get a health report on this, she can end up in jail. Ich bin - Bahn sei Dank - in Berlin Gesundbrunnen gestrandet. Auf der Such nach Zeitvertreib Lande ich im Center. Auf die Frage nach einem GUTEN Kaffee schickt mich die nette Dame am Infopunkt zu DD. Komplett überfordert von der knallbunten Doughnut-Auswahl wellt sich meine nicht kunststudierte Netzhaut, finde jedoch über der Theke das Kaffee-Angebot. Positiv zu erwähnen, dass es neben Kuhmilch auch alles mit Soja/Hafer/Laktosefreien Produkten gibt!. Der Cappuccino hat geschmeckt und was preislich okay. Dass es beim Vor-Ort-Trinken keine Tassen sondern Pappbecher gibt finde ich schmerzhaft, hat aber wohl mit der Pandemie und einzelnen kleptomanischen Gästen zu tun. Reagiere leider zu spät und kann den unnützen Plastik-Deckel nichtmehr ablehnen.

Aus einer Laune heraus (und weil die Verkäuferin nett war) habe ich einen viel zu teuren Doughnut mit Oreo-Keksen bestellt. Nichtsonderlich lecker und die Originalkonsistenz der Kekse ist vollständig terminiert. Aber vielleicht gehöre ich auch einfach nicht zu Zielgruppe dieses Knallbunten Süßkram-Festes.

Bin erstaunt von der Expertise der Gäste, die sogar wissen in welchem Monat welche Spezial-Version in die Läden kommt. Daumen hoch auch an die Designer, die die Doughnut todesmutig auf Kinder-Greifhöhe stapeln. Das Vertrauen in SIcherheitsglas scheintim wahrsten Sinne des Wortes ungebrochen zu sein ;-)

Ansonsten macht alles einen sauberen und einladenden Eindruck. Bei ausbleibender Kundschaft ist die fleißige, vorbildliche Verkäuferin immerzu am putzen, sortieren und aufräumen. Für einen Kaffee komme ich...

The staff people are super rude. I went there yesterday in the afternoon around 12:30-1 pm. I wanted to ask them if they had any jobs and the guy there talked to me arrogantly. He said that you're in Germany right? Then talk in German otherwise there's nothing for you here or anywhere else. And he also said that they hire only Germans or people who have native level German.
