We recently visited the newly opened Kaktus Mexican Restaurant in Listerfelde West with 3 friends, and it was an enjoyable experience overall! The decor immediately sets the mood with an authentic Mexican touch, creating a vibrant and inviting atmosphere. While the restaurant was lively and bustling, adding to the energetic vibe, it did get a bit loud at times. The service staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, making sure we felt taken care of throughout the evening. There were a few mix-ups with food and drinks, but given that the restaurant is still new, weâre sure theyâll smooth things out with time. The portion sizes were generous, making sure no one left hungry! While some flavors could be refined further, the restaurant shows great potential, and weâre optimistic that it will continue to improve.
With a bit of fine-tuning, Kaktus has the potential to become a fantastic go-to spot for Mexican cuisine in the area. Looking forward to...
Read moreI recently dined at Kaktus, and it was a fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, the warm and lively ambiance set the perfect mood. The decor, with its colorful tiles and traditional Mexican artwork, made it feel truly authentic.
The food was outstanding! I tried the carne asada tacos, which were perfectly seasoned and served with fresh, homemade tortillas. The guacamole was rich and creamy, and the salsa had just the right amount of spice. I also highly recommend their margaritasârefreshing, tangy, and expertly mixed.
Service was friendly and attentive. Our server made great recommendations and ensured we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Prices were reasonable for the quality and portion sizes.
Overall, Kaktus is a must-visit for anyone craving delicious, authentic Mexican cuisine. Iâll definitely be...
Read moreWas very skeptical about this restaurant since I loved the Litehaus restaurant that was previously at this location and Germans generally donât get Mexican food right, but the exceedingly inviting, colorful and cozy decor had me curious. Wow, loved it all! The drinks were exceptional; the chips warm, perfectly thin and fresh; the guacamole freshly made and chunky, not from a tube or tub; the salsa delicious! The side salad was crisp and delicious and served in its own fresh tortilla cup. They have a wonderful menu selection-something to please and yet surprise hardcore Tex-Mex fans from the States but also tasty meals for other tastes. A really fun dining experience! Just a pity they wonât have breakfast like...
