Kashana - reiner Bringdienst — Restaurant in Berlin

After reading the reviews I was very excited to try this place, since there are still no good Indian restaurants in Spandau. I've visited India, lived in the North of England, lived in South East Asia so have a very good understanding of Indian cuisine and this is not it.

Typical quality of Indian restaurants here: an almost flavourless sauce that feels like it came out of a Heinz soup can, disgusting chicken that feels like plastic - some kind of reconstituted or fake chicken? Bread that was too thick and chewy. The only saving grace was the Gulab Jamun that actually tasted like it was made by a human.

If you've never had actual Indian food I guess it's passable but it's definitely not good. If I can make better at home, why should I spend €20 per...

We ordered our food online. It took about 50 min to arrive, which was expected. We ordered 3 main dishes, 1 soup and 2 side dishes. Everythin except the soup was pretty cold upon arrival.

Also the taste of everything except 1 main dish wasnt satisfying. If I order food from a resturant I expect some delicious food, I couldnt create on my own. To be honest, the indian food I can cook myself tastes better than the food we got yesterday.

I order from the resturant and after 3 hours they said we did not prepare your order yet we will deliver it in 10 minutes i said no. After 3 hours i have to wait again for them to make it and deliver it in may be again 1-2 hours, So i said i don't want it and they cancel the order and uber eats said the resturant started your order due to that we can't refund your order...
