La Pallina — Restaurant in Berlin

Extremely disappointed with our visit. We went yesterday as a family for ice cream and coffee and spent over 25 euros. When I went to the restroom to fill my 5-year-old child’s water bottle, the owner saw me and reacted rudely, saying that if I wanted water, I should buy it. I found this completely inappropriate and unfriendly, especially considering we were paying customers and it was for a small child. There’s no excuse for treating guests this way. Definitely not coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values basic hospitality...

Icecream is quite delicious and you can sit in front of the store very nicely!

But why not more stars you might ask?

Who in is his right mind ask an extra 60 cents for oat milk? I thought it would be infused with gold, but its just your regular oatly. Blown my mind and really makes me doubt whether I wanna...

Great ice cream. Horrible boss who screams at you for taking a little bit of tap water for the way from the restroom like you commited a horrible crime after spending 15€ there. Great way to not get repeat customers.

Never again unless you want to support a passive...
