I can’t even begin to express my utter disgust with the Pho noodles I ordered from Uber Eats. The sheer incompetence of the restaurant is mind-boggling! When the order arrived, there was not a single drop of broth left. The noodles were swimming in a soggy mess, rendering the entire dish repulsive and inedible. How dare they offer such subpar food for delivery?!

It’s absolutely ridiculous that a restaurant would have the audacity to send out a dish like this, clearly not caring about the quality or presentation. I demand better, and I will never, ever order...

I ordered 2 chicken teriyaki bowls using Ubereats buy 1 get 1 promotion for 13.5 Euros , where individual portions were for 11.5 Euros.

The food tasted good but the quantity of chicken per bowl was less than half in normal restaurants in Berlin . We just felt like eating a bowl rice , sprouts in teriyaki sauce.

This is unlike what I have faced in other restaurants using this promotion , where portion size and meat quantities are not compromised. So beware of the marketing gimmick...

I specifically asked for one of the dishes without koriander and spicy, since I can’t eat those foods. When I receive the meal, I realized that even thoug I sent the note, they sent the meal with koriander and spicy ingredients. I call them and they told me that can’t do anything about it since the way they interpreted my order was “with” spicy and not without. I couldn’t have my lunch and I’ll definitely not gonna buy anything else there.
