Olio Sale Pepe Berlin — Restaurant in Berlin

Ottimo cibo...pessimo servizio. Iniziamo con i positivi: pizza e pasta eccellente, mi hanno tranquillamente fatto portare il cane (taglia piccola), locale piccolo e intimo. Passiamo ai negativi: stiamo parlando di un compleanno prenotato per la mia ragazza. Prenotato per 12: arriviamo con la torta (speciale) portata da noi, ci guardano male. Durante la cena tutto bene, arriva il momento di pagare. Alcuni amici saldano il conto e se ne vanno. Per ultimo mi appresto a pagare il resto delle bevande e il "titolare" inizia a fare "confusione" (Voluta?) con gli scontrini. Morale: mette sul conto dei clienti al nostro tavolo già andati via (che dovrebbero aver già pagato le loro parti) due delle pizze più costose della casa dicendo che la cassa non gliele ha battute prima. come un signore le pago ma guardandolo come se mi stesse fregando... Gli chiedo se i limoncelli me li offre...mi dice che non è possibile... Non sono nemmeno convinto siano italiani (a parte il pizzaiolo)... Non tornerò più e consiglierò agli amici di evitare il posto.

Excellent food...awful service. Birthday party with 12 people: the owner added 2 of the most expensive pizzas on the bill of the friends who already paid their parts and went away... I had to pay all these extras at the end... ...they surely didn't deserve the tip, since they added it to the bill in a really awful way... Probably the crew is not even italian (beside the pizza chef)... I'll never go back in that restaurant and suggest all my friends to avoid the place...

Ausgezeichnetes Essen ... schrecklicher Service. Geburtstagsfeier mit 12 Personen: Der Besitzer fügte 2 der teuersten Pizzas auf die Rechnung der Freunde, die schon ihre Teile bezahlt haben ... Ich musste alle diese Extras am Ende bezahlen ... ... sie sicherlich nicht verdient, die Spitze, da sie es auf die Rechnung in einer wirklich schrecklich ... Wahrscheinlich ist die Besatzung nicht mal italienisch (neben dem Pizzakoch) ... Ich werde nie wieder in dieses Restaurant gehen und empfehlen alle meine Freunde, den Platz zu...

I went to Olio Sale Pepe the other day and I liked it a lot. I ordered pizza vegetale and it was delicious. All the vegetables were super fresh and you could actually feel that. The addition of garlic and chile paste were the latest touches for a really good pizza. I would've liked it a bit more salty though. In terms of price, my pizza was 9 euros something, which for the location, the place itself and the quality of the ingredients, is more than acceptable. The place is located in a very quiet area and it's perfect for these warm days. The waiter was really friendly with us and at the end he offered us a shot of amaretto (which we accepted happily)

Für den zweiten Abend unseres Berlin-Wochenendes hatten wir uns für den Italiener „Olio Sale Pepe“ entschieden, an dem wir bereits am Vorabend vorbeigelaufen sind. Von unterwegs hatten wir angerufen und einen Tisch reserviert. Dieser sollte außen gelegen sein.

Bei Ankunft waren leider alle drei Außentische belegt. Ein Pärchen wurde noch an einen zusätzlich rausgestellten kleinen Tisch umgesetzt, damit der größere für eine Sechser-Personengruppe zur Verfügung stand. Obwohl wir erst drinnen Platz genommen hatten, wurden wir auch gefragt, ob wir noch raus möchten. Auch hier wurden für uns zwei kleine Tische auf dem Gehweg zusammengestellt. Wir saßen zwar neben Autos, dafür aber draußen… ;-)

Die kalten Getränke wurden schnell serviert: Großes Bier, naturtrüber Apfelsaft, große naturtrübe Apfelschorle. Sehr gut!

Bei der „Empfehlungskarte“ handelt es sich um handschriftlich notierte Gerichte auf einem Kellnerblock. Sowas hatten wir bis dato auch noch nicht gesehen…

Wir haben uns für folgende Gerichte entschieden: Lasagne al Forno (Standardkarte) Risotto mit gemischten Pilzen (Empfehlungskarte) Pizza mit Steinpilzen, Speck und Grana Padano (Empfehlungskarte)

Zur Lasagne wurde kostenfrei noch ein großer Beilagensalat serviert. Danke schön!
