PASSENGER Elsenstr. — Restaurant in Berlin

Well, where do I begin? The service here leaves much to be desired. Mornings are a particularly special treat – if you enjoy waiting around for a barista to grace you with their presence. Today was no exception, with no one at the counter and me awkwardly standing there for what felt like an eternity. I guess showing up on my way to work is considered an inconvenience to them, as I’m always left with the impression that they’re doing me some kind of favor.

As for the batch brew, let’s just say it’s not worth getting excited about. It’s quite underwhelming. It’s often not even ready when they open. The last time, I was kindly informed I’d have to wait an additional five minutes for it. Because apparently, having coffee ready at a coffee shop when it opens is too...

An honest review. Out of spite ide leave 1 star. But it wouldn't be fair on the company. The team was professional and ide hate to drag down the business reputation because one member had a bad day.

Let's be clear.. the Coffee is good.

The barista is questionable who you get and on what day. I just thought who was right and who was wrong can be put aside but the way it was dealt with left me thinking I have alot of other things to deal with and getting a coffee is my highlight in the morning. So please so whoever finds this understand that my intention is nothing close to how you received it.

I wish this company the best. coffee is good but overall I leave 3 stars as I lost alot of time and energy...

Passenger Coffee knows more about coffee than you do but will never lord it over you or rub your face in it - unless by "rubbing your face in it" we mean the smooth, gentle embrace of a perfectly made Passenger coffee caressing its way down your throat - in which case then she will rub your face in it and you'll love every second.
