Pizza Max — Restaurant in Berlin

I ordered two Ben & Jerry’s ice creams through Uber Eats from this restaurant. Shortly after placing the order, I received a call informing me that one flavor was unavailable. They asked me to choose another, but it felt more like I was being told than asked. Then came the comment that set the tone for the entire experience: “Next time, order a drink. We do not deliver just ice cream. We are being nice with you this time.” That line changed everything. Instead of feeling like a valued customer, I felt like I was being scolded for placing a simple order. It came across as condescending and left me feeling uncomfortable. I offered to cancel the order if it was a problem, but they refused and told me to cancel it myself. That felt like they were shifting the responsibility onto me. After a delay, I contacted Uber Eats for a refund. Just a few minutes later, the delivery arrived, but since the order had already been canceled, I declined it. The delivery person responded with passive aggressive behavior that felt unprofessional and unnecessary. This was my first and last experience with this restaurant. Place looks dirty. Quality not good (chicken fingers under cooked). Not friendly staff. Not charged same money as menu said. Paid but wasnt given a reciept. Stealing money. Never wasting money...

Pizza Max bleib bei deinen Leisten!

Zwei Burger mit zu fest gepressten und komisch zu stark gewürztem Fleisch. Zwei verschiedene Burger die sich geschmacklich so gut wie nicht unterscheiden, wahrscheinlich wegen dem vorher beschriebenen Fleisch.

Pommes viel zu dick geschnitten und dazu noch zu kurz frittiert, dementsprechend matschig. Mayonnaise besteht mehr aus schlechtem Rapsöl als alles andere und schmeckte nicht. Ketchup mehr Zitronensäure als irgendwas mit Tomaten.

Bei der doch inzwischen guter Auswahl an Burger-Läden in Berlin das letzte mal Burger...
