Restaurant Ehrlich in Friedrichshagen — Restaurant in Berlin

We've been coming here once a year for the past several years. It's a nice destination for a bike trip from Berlin.

The views on the water are excellent. The prices are somewhat high for small portions... but this is expected for a restaurant on the lake.

The service leaves a lot to be desired. On a Sunday in July with only a few tables occupied, it took over 20 minutes for the server to take our order. Another 45 minutes for the food to arrive. When one of the main dishes was missing, we decided to share a plate rather than introduce another wait.

When the bill came and we were charged for the missing item, our server said we should have let them know right away that it was missing, rather than wait until the bill came.

They did remove it from the bill after the server spent a long consult with the manager, but I felt like it shouldn't have been so complicated to confirm with the kitchen that the dish hadn't been prepared.

Perhaps it was just someone new, but I didn't appreciate the implication that we had done something wrong by not correcting them immediately on the missing item. We had a long day planned and were already feeling frustrated with the delay in ordering. Altogether we were more than two hours here and we didn't order appetizers, dessert, or coffee.

I will probably go again but just for drinks.

We sat down and were immediately greeted with indifference. Needing seating for 3 people outside, we were carelessly waived over to some tables which we had to put together ourselves. We waited for 15 for service, initially being impressed that the wairtess didn't write anything down. Surprisingly the order was wrong. Each time we tried to get the attention of a waitress we were ignored. Needing blankets - were ignored, needing our order corrected - ignored, asking for the check - ignored. I was never that close to leaving without paying. I had to go in twice and ask for the check because we just wanted to leave. The food was dissappointing. Salmon tartar was indeed delicious but the frittare soup (not what we ordered) was very bland and soggy. Black pudding was standard and the spinach knudels were utterly too fatty with no flavour complexity. The food was edible but for the high price, definetly not worth it and combined with the terrible service i could not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Habe noch nie so schlecht gegessen. Ohne Worte. Ekelhaft ,ungenießbar. Toiletten verdreckt. Das ist kein Restaurant, nur eine Imbissbude. Nachtrag: Wenn man mit Kritik nicht umgehen kann, statt dessen die Löschung des Eintrages bei google beantragt, ist das eine Bestätigung meiner Meinung. Google hat meinen Kontoauszug über die Zahlung am 9.9.21 um 15.11 Uhr erhalten. Nicht immer ist auch derjenige der reserviert hat, der die Rezension schreibt. Ich glaube auch kaum, dass jeder Gast namentlich bekannt ist. Das Essen kam nach 5min. Der Salat war alt und welk, lag seit früh im Dressing, ich wollte das Dressing separat, das ging ja nicht. Da wurde mir klar warum. Die Kartoffelsuppe war eine Mehl/Maggimischung. Ich war danach ab abends krank mit Darmproblemen und musste mich am anderen Tag auf Arbeit krank melden. Von den rumliegenden benutzen Damenhygieneprodukten auf der Toilette zu schweigen . Hinter dem Gebäude( da musste man zur Toilette) saß der Koch und rauchte. Um ihn herum in einer Art Schuppen weiterer Müll. Zu sagen , man kennt einen Gast namens ( siehe oben ) nicht, ist sicher die einfachste Variante. Leider , leider waren wir wirklich dort. Warum sollten wir lügen ? Die Reservierung lief unter Maxi Classen, wir waren halb 3 da! Haben noch den Tisch gewechselt, weil es zu sonnig war. Fragen Sie Ihre Kellnerin: Wildkräutersalat wollte ich ohne Zwiebel ohne Paprika ,falls welche dran wäre. Dressing separat. Sagt sie , geht nicht, ist schon dran. Meine Tochter hat ihn dann genommen, ohne den Ziegenkäse. Bei der Suppe fragte sie uns : ohne oder mit Speck! Was bei einer vegetarischen Suppe ja wohl unsinnig ist zu fragen. Möchten Sie auch noch meine Ec karten Abrechnung , wo Datum und Zeit ersichtlich sind? Google hat sie schon. Luca App ist auch gespeichert. Ja es stimmt, wir hätten nicht bezahlen sollen.
