Subway — Restaurant in Berlin

A new subway has opened in Südkreuz. There is a large sign outside and a small sign inside that advertises for the month of July a free churro with every sub. After ordering the manager of the store seems confused, spends a moment reading their own promotional material, then tells me it must be only with the app. This is not written in the advertisement either in the large text or even the microscopic text before.

Really stores should either understand their own promotions or advertise them without resorting to misleading the customer, whichever one is...

We were in a hurry to catch our bus and ordered at this Subway for 15 people! Although we ordered so much they were very kind and supportive and got the food prepared really fast. The store manager made sure that other people waiting behind us got their order while ours was prepared, which I really appreciate because we also didn’t want to make other people wait. We were able to wall out with 15 subs, 17 bottles of water and 10 bags of chips, all packaged, labeled and in a bag within 15 mins!

I’ve never had a Subway this tasty before! The food was incredibly fresh and flavorful — everything from the bread to the veggies and sauces was just perfect. The ambience was quiet and peaceful, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy a meal.and especially the employees there was very friendly and polite, great service really made the experience even better.
