Warum in die Ferne schweifen, wenn das Gute liegt so nah? Diesen Spruch können wir auf das Solo Du jedenfalls anwenden. Die liegen nämlich in unserem Landkreis, bis gestern waren wir aber noch nicht da. Das wird sich aber ändern, denn es war wirklich sehr gut in allen Belangen. Was wir alles gegessen haben sieht man auf den Fotos. Es sah nicht nur alles gut aus sondern schmeckte auch alles hervorragend! Zudem war der Service erstklassig. Das kann unter anderem daran gelegen haben, dass wir nur 4 Gäste waren und sich der Sommelière deshalb besonders intensiv um uns kümmern konnte. Ein paar der Gänge wurden aber auch vom Chefkoch selber serviert, das gibt’s auch nicht überall. Das Ambiente ist auch sehr schön, also wirklich nichts zum Aussetzen!

Wunderbarer Abend im Solo Du mit Paloma, Zsolt und Martin. * exzellente Produktqualität, kreative Umsetzung des Menüs mit hoher Präzision und extremen Aufwand. * lokaler, saisonaler sowie persönlicher Einschlag im Menü klar erkennbar. * sehr bemühter und aufmerksamer Service. * tolle (neue) und intime Location oberhalb des Hotels. * Preis-Leistung mit Blick auf das Menü sehr gut. * ein offenes Ohr für Anregung (das gibt es leider nur noch selten in der Sternegastronomie....). * Weinkarte noch etwas im Aufbau, aber man findet definitiv etwas in jeder "Kategorie". * schöne Aufmerksamkeit im Kontext eines (ganz zufällig) besonderen Anlasses. Wow! We came to Berchtesgaden to enjoy a nice fire and some snow and found an absolute amazing dinner experience. Our service (thanks Martin) was equal to the whimsy and innovative dishes that delighted our tastebuds.
