it is high time that something was said about the consistently poor service encountered at Mrs. Borgers' establishment. On numerous occasions, grimaces and unpleasant comments were made when placing orders. It's evident that Mrs. Borgers is too stressed, and it's unfortunate that customers have to bear the brunt of this. A minimum level of courtesy and good service should be expected. It's disappointing to see that this is not the case here. I sincerely hope that Mrs. Borgers can address these issues and work towards providing a more pleasant and customer-centric experience in the future.

It's clear that having someone rolling eyes or making nasty remarks when ordering the 6th bottle of wine or a simple cheese platter is clearly not the place for me. Politeness is a minimum when you have an establishment like this, and there was nothing to stop you turning customers away if it wasn't manageable. I encourage you to take a course if you find it difficult. And accepting criticism also helps you to receive customers better.

On the other hand, it was a pleasure to have your smile when you came to collect your payment, a very nice smile, thanks....

Welch ein Glück, dass noch ein paar Plätze für den High Tea frei waren, der nur an wenigen Terminen im Jahr stattfindet und immer schnell ausgebucht ist. Das überrascht nicht! Denn alles ist so liebevoll zubereitet und angerichtet. Passend zur Jahreszeit waren die Räumlichkeiten dann auch noch festlich und dem Haus angemessen geschmückt. So fühlten wir uns schon beim Eintreten willkommen. Zur Begrüßung gab es zum High Tea ein Glas Secco. 3 Tees standen zur Auswahl, dazu wurden Sandwiches, Pumpernickel-Häppchen, Scones, Pralinen, Macarons gereicht. Sehr geschätzt habe ich, dass genug Zeit war, alles in Ruhe genießen zu können! Ein herrlich entspannter genussvoller Nachmittag, der mir und meiner Begleitung ein Lächeln ins Gesicht gezaubert hat.
