Voigt Bakery — Restaurant in Bonn

My previous rating for this bakery was 3 stars, but… It’s obvious that people come here for pastries and breakfast, as well as for coffee as an integral part of a decent breakfast. As you can see in my photo, the espresso looks fine, but in reality, it’s awful. One might say that they don’t know what a good espresso looks like — but then, they can just look at the photo above their own coffee machine.

The truth is, they don’t care. This is a shame and must be changed. Management is to be blamed because they clearly don’t care. That’s why I’m only giving 2 stars to this fine bakery until this is corrected. Staff is super fine, polite and smiling, which makes my mornings,......

Für die männliche Verkaufskraft hinter der Brötchen- und Kuchentheke, die mich heute bewusst (seine spätere Reaktion sprach Bände) verarschen und mir drei Minibrötchen in die Tüte schmuggeln wollte, müsste es eigentlich 0 Sterne geben. Das ist asosozial und dreist und keine gute Visitenkarte für eine traditionsreiche Bäckerei. Die hübscheste Bäckereiverkäuferin, die ich jemals gesehen habe, kann dies bestätigen. Sie hat dann auch souverän und umgehend die "Frechheiten", die sich in der Tüte befanden, gegen Brötchen in Normalgröße ausgetauscht. Für die freundliche und unfassbar hübsche Dame regnet es 5 Sterne. Somit gibt es letztlich dann doch mit viel Wohlwollen 2 Sterne. Aber jetzt mal unter uns: wie kommt man auf die Idee, einen Kerl einzustellen, der sich derart aufführt. Der kann auf dem Jahrmarkt arbeiten, wo es etwas derber und robuster zugeht, aber doch nicht im Service einer Bäckerei. Das ist doch Kamikaze. Ich habe nichts gegen ungelernte Kräfte, zumal in Zeiten von Fachkräftemangel, aber ungelernt und "asi" ist keine gute Kombination. Da würde ich mich als Chef lieber selbst hinter die Brottheke stellen... Alles andere wäre langfristig...

Excellent bakery with a wide variety of fresh bread as well as cakes and pastry.
