Del Bosco Trattoria - im MUNTE Wellnesshotel am Stadtwald — Restaurant in Bremen

Disappointed! We didn't get the "Mittagskarte" and we had to ask specifically about it. We ordered 2 small entrée and we had to wait around 20 minutes between each one. Was a long time considering the restaurant was pretty empty. Then another 35 minutes waiting for 2 main courses. The potatoes they offer with rosmary didn't have any rosmarin. All in all I don't find this restaurant an authentic italian Trattoria. Very expensive for what they offer and not the greatest quality. In the city center it is possible to eat authentic italian food for less money. The service was nice and professional but the food nothing special...

Wir waren heute zum ersten Mal bei Del Bosco zu Gast, wurden sehr freundlich vom Service empfangen. Man hatte für uns einen netten Tisch reserviert, wir fühlten uns wohl. Unsere Bestellung: Antipasti Misto, Pizza nur mit Artischocken, Pizza Bruschetta. Es kam die Antipasti, sah alles gut aus, aber vom Geschmack her sehr fade, ohne Salz und Pfeffer wäre gar nichts gegangen, war aber okay es war alles frisch. Dann kamen die Pizzen, die Artischocken Pizza war richtig, die Pizza meiner Frau vollkommen verkehrt aufgenommen, kann ja mal passieren. Als ich dann meine Artischocken Pizza anschnitt, war die Enttäuschung groß, zäher Pizzaboden, zäher Käse und geschmacklich genauso fade, wie die Antipasti, also wieder Salz und Pfeffer. Die Pizza meiner Frau kam dann mal nach 15min. Absolutes No-Go für die angeblich gehobene italienische Küche, auch ihre Pizza ohne jeglichen Geschmack einer typischen Pizza. An der frische der Zutaten gab es nichts zu bemängeln, nur geschmacklich Katastrophe. Der Service ist ausgezeichnet und verdient 5 Sterne, nur die Küche lässt zu wünschen übrig. Das sollten zwei alte italienische Hasen in der Küche besser können. Wir werden nicht...

Stale food. Not fresh too, I do not recommend.

Edit after owners response - Well this just proves my point not only food was stale but owners response as well. They didn't even bother to respond in English. Do you expect me to use google translate? So unprofessional... and now I wouldn't even reccomend it to my worst enemy.
