Worst attitude towards customers. We wanted to have a cake for my son birthday and they said it is closed, even if we arrived in the opening hours and there where customers inside. The only problem for them was that we are not German and we were speaking English. UPDATE to your answer: Put a sign saying: We accept only German speaking customers - NO tourists! (I am pretty sure that when you go on a trip in a different country, you first learn their language!) Put a sign saying that your opening hours are not the ones on the sign! They are shorter...If you say you are open, that means you provide ALL your services in that time. If not, say that! Lear about customer service and hospitality! Update 5.9.25 Leider muss ich meine Bewertung korrigieren: Bei meinem letzten Einkauf Anfang des Jahres fehlten mir zum Rechnungsbetrag (ca. 20,--) insgesamt 80 Cent. Leider war die manchmal recht mürrische Seniorchefin nicht bereit, ein kleines Stück Gebäck zurückzulegen. Die Zahlung per Kreditkarte wurde ebenfalls abgelehnt. So wurde ich vor versammelter Mannschaft im Laden wie ein Zechpreller zur Angabe meiner persönlichen Daten aufgefordert, um meine Schulden von 80 Cent schriftlich festzuhalten. Und das, obwohl ich regelmäßig - fast jede Woche - bei Café Port Kunde und dort auch persönlich bekannt bin. Das war dann auch mein letzter Einkauf dort. Schade... Ich liebe diese kleine Konditorei. Nobelpreiswürdiges, feines Gebäck, welches normalerweise ausnahmslos unter das Suchtmittelgesetz fallen müsste, in Verbindung mit einem glaubwürdigen und fast schon historischem Ambiente.
