It was the biggest mistake of my life to go to this restaurant.

We ordered steaks and every single steak was burned and had an awful taste.

It was disgusting, but still I ate half of it because it was a waste of money. I called the manager to talk about the steak but the manager didn’t come for 20 minutes.

Finally, an employee (tall guy with a small beard) came and asked us about the food and if we were finished . Probably since we didn’t touch the big amount of steak on our plates anymore for a while. So we complained politely about the poor quality and burned state of the steaks. Instead of listening he ignored our opinion while rolling his eyes in an annoyed manner and removed all the food from the table without this being our intention.

Even at the checkout counter, that same man who appeared to be a manager or a person in charge continued to be very unfriendly, honestly said just really rude. When we asked again if we could talk about the steaks state to a person in charge he just handed us a business card in an aggressive manner while saying "If you are going to make complain, do it through the phone number on this business card.”

I've never seen such a joke of a restaurant and it's one of the places nobody should ever visit...

I wish i have read these reviews before coming in there. This has to be one of the worst meals ever, i have eaten. Also fooled by nice interior and decorations and menu presentation outside. Ordered 2 schnitzels and champignons with aioli as starter. First we got onion rings instead of champignons, and when i asked to replace it for what we have ordered the waiter surprisingly asked why we are not happy with it. Finally we got our champignons, which were deep fried in oil and my partner burned his lip, tongue and chin badly with the hot oil inside (still scarred lip a week later). Everything was dripping with oil. Schnitzel was dry and tasteless and was probably deep fried in same oil as everything else. The overbearing taste of bad oil ruined everything. I did not even finish my food, since i wanted to get out of there as fast as possible. Paying cash only, and nothing has been told about it upfront (same as other reviewer wrote, small text on the menu). The aftertaste of oil was haunting us till the end of the day and i got stomach pains from this food. Do not recommend...

I wish I'd checked the reviews before eating here. Like others I was drawn in by the fabulous location (1 star). We found ourselves a seat pretty quickly and a waiter came and gave us some menus. He then seated another 3 tables after us, took their orders, brought out their drinks and then only came to take our order when I flagged him down. We ordered 2 beers and 2 jaegerschnitzels with side salads and chips. The food came out pretty quickly and actually wasn't that bad (1 star) however our side salads didnt turn up. Thought nothing of it but when the bill came we had been charged almost 5€ each for a salad that didn't come. I had already paid the bill when i noticed the salads so called the waiter back to query the salads and he acted like i was lying about them missing (even though he was the one who served the food). He reluctantly gave me my money back. The service was just terrible, I was so close to...
