Let's start out with I had high hopes for this place. It was highly recommended and we drove two hours to visit it. Upon arrival we had roughly 30 minutes to see everything due to them closing and us running into traffi. We were greeted by an individual who didn't even say hello just a what do you want we are closing. We tried to talk a bit regarding the mustard and process and asked if we could try some. After giving a long sigh he allowed us to try some of the flavors before us choosing.
Now for the mustard. The original is my favorite while the other flavors I had were more of a mustard which then they added spices. To me I thought it would have more of a unique taste or something different from just added spice. They do accept card and the mustard is around 7 euro.

Some connection is claimed to operations dating back into the early 1800s. About 8 or 9 variations of mustards are offered and each can be sampled before buying. Other mustard related condiments are also available. The milling operations go on in the back and appear to be open to the public at only specific times.
