Extremely unpolite and very rude manager

I went with my family to have some enjoyable time . Where we recieved extremely unexpectable behaviour from one of the personels who seemed to be the manager called Emenien Esmaili . She said words that me and my family have found very unexpectable . My sister was waiting to be served and Instead recieved extreme ignorance from Emenien. She has called us foreigner . She said “ I am the manager and if I wish I have the right to ask you leave “ . She was shouting in a non-germann or English language which we have found very rude and unprofessional . We have found her manner extremely customer-service unfriendly and unprofessional . I am very unhappy to recieve such customer service on our stay in Germany on our Christmas’s Holliday. And I don’t know why such a person should work in such a lovely place . Hope somebody see the cctv to see what’s happened . If she was a good professional she should have apologised instead of continue her such rude manners .

Ps I would like to mention one of the workers who was really polite and really sorry for us for receiving such customer service and he apologised us many times unlike Emenien . Unfortunately I don’t have his name.

The above incident happened on Tuesday 25/12/18 at about 11 pm at McDonalds...

the people that work here a RUDE. i had spent the whole day in hospital and hadn’t eaten the whole day and just wanted some mcd. i had to wait 20 minutes on a small order (1 cheeseburger, 6 pc nuggets and small fry) and the food i got was COLD. after a 20 minute wait. for a tiny order. unacceptable. when i asked for fresh food the lady working was SO rude to me. need to train staff to have better customer service skills. this was disgusting behaviour. this wait also almost caused me to miss the last bus.

side note, i worked at mcd for FOUR YEARS and have NEVER treated a customer like this. which also means i know exactly why i had to wait so long for my order. the staff clicked the orders off the system to keep times down, before any of the orders were even made and then in turn forgot about my order. irresponsible. i understand doing that because we did it too, but you CANNOT be rude to customers when YOU are the one who forgot...

To whom it may concern This is to make complaint about your customer service in this McDonald’s by Emenien Esmaili, the so called manager. Her rude, ignorant and racist comments made our experience in that place extremely unpleasant. I was visiting my sister in Germany with my family and this rude member of your staff ruined our time in Germany. Initially she was ignoring us then when the comment was made that why we had to wait that long she commented why we didn’t call her when she could clearly see us waiting to be served where the rest of our family already had finished their food. She was extremely rude and told us that we should be thankful that we have been allowed in and that she can kick us out. Her facial expression was worse than thousand swear words. It is a shame that you allow people like her serve customers and I want you to look into this...
