Sushi House Dellbrück — Restaurant in Cologne

Great food. Friendly staff. But very poor service. You should not have to wait 1:30 hours for the food and then forget half of it. Payment per card is also not possible. Sorry but we have the year 2023. I will definitely go back and this is now one of my favorite sushi restaurants but it wouldn't hurt the restaurant to hire another person on Friday.

I've been here a few times now, and while the food and the sushi is still great and very tasty unfortunately, the service hasn't improved. Once online orders start coming in, the guests in the restaurant seem neglected. Some of us could only place an order once because by 8:00 PM, they couldn't take any more orders and the food takes still OVER AN HOUR to be served. The wait for food is excessively long, which is disappointing. I really hope this improves, otherwise, I will stop...

Take away or dine in! Always fresh made Sushi and good quality of fish. It is a very small Restaurant with limited seating but you can see the Sushi Chefs making the fresh Sushi right at the entrance, which is usually a good sign for a kitchen :)

Only negative feedback: Cash only. In 2022 I think that is not really acceptable anymore especially with more expensive food like Sushi. I thought it was a temporary thing during lockdown for take away but we have been there some days ago and it's...

Wir waren zum All You Can Eat dort.

Das Essen dort ist sowohl optisch als auch geschmacklich sehr ansprechend und lecker, 5/5

Die Art und Weise wie der Service dort arbeitet ist mir jedoch sehr gegen den Strich gegangen. Wir haben 18 Uhr dort einen Tisch bekommen. Gegen 18:30 ging unsere erste Bestellung raus und gegen 19 Uhr hatten wir zum ersten mal einen Teller mit Sushi, soweit so gut. 19:15 haben wir dann eine zweite Bestellung aufgegeben, diese haben wir erst um 20:30 nach über einer Stunde Wartezeit und Nachfragen bekommen. In dem Lokal waren zu dem Zeitpunkt nicht viele Besucher, man konnte aber sehen das der Lieferverkehr eindeutig priorisiert worden ist, da dieser wie am Fließband das Lokal verlassen hat, während ich auf meine 2x8 Sushi Stückchen über eine Stunde gewartet habe.

Bei der zweiten Bestellung haben wir nur 2 Teile bestellt, da wir dachten es wäre kein Problem jederzeit Nachzubestellen. Als wir dann also 20:30 nochmal bestellen wollten wurden wir darauf verwiesen, das um 20:00 Uhr keine Bestellungen mehr angenommen werden.

Das ist das allererste mal in meinem ganzen Leben das ich hungrig nach einem All You Can Eat Essen heimgehen musste. Das geht gar nicht.

Es ist unverschämt damit zu werben und dann die Bestellungen so weit hinauszuzögern das sie über die Deadline fallen. Wenn ihr nicht wollt das die Besucher so viel Essen wie sie wollen, dann nennt es bitte nicht AllYouCanEat sondern "5...
