Horrible experience. My little baby is still in shock and just crying because she saw the lady shouting aggressive to us and being rude and my little girl got so scared. I am so worried for my baby health. I have 4 hours trying to make her calm and relaxed. We almost had a fight with the lady on the till , which I assume is the owner. Disrespectful, mental sick and disgusting. We went to celebrate my birthday and we were so hungry so we was taking the food and we just seat on the table ,not even 5 min later she came and told us that we took a lot of food and we will pay the fine for taking to much food (even that you pay €30 per person) We didn’t knew about the fine but it was not a problem for us . She was bothering us every 5 min till I told her can you leave us alone. She told me that is her food and we need to do what she is expecting us to do . Close the restaurant Dracula if you want to not have people there . So the fee fine was €5 and she made me pay €20!! What a thief! Stole my money. The reason why we didn’t eat the food is because the food was horrible ,quality under 0 . Rubbish food . Nothing tastes good. Everything tastes same . Sushi was testing like sausage and the calamari /octopus grilled had a very bitter texture that made me feel sick. I didn’t want to pay €20 just because I felt very disappointed from everything and she was shouting on me in the middle of the restaurant, destroying my birthday and my special day . For a moment I wanted to call the police because I felt threatened and in risk from her and her husband which was constantly looking from us and talking with her about us . The waitress was coming to get the plates and we wanted to give him what we considered leftover from the sea food and he was forcing us to eat and not cleaning the table. We left the restaurant in 20 minutes and ending up paying €110 for nothing. We couldn’t enjoy anymore they destroyed everything. If you have kids stay away from this restaurant if you don’t want your kids to be traumatised .Stay away if you want to celebrate your birthday as you will end up crying like me . Stay away if you want good quality food. Stay away if you don’t want to be robbed. I will never forget this experience. I wish god and karma brings it back to her for all she did on me and my family.

This restaurant seemed quite good to me from the beginning, but later we understood that some unprofessional people work there. The situation was as follows, the workers of this restaurant forced us to take the food that we did not manage to eat, but this is not a problem because their rule says so, the problem is that we were verbally assaulted by the restaurant administration then when we refused to take all the food, because there were some types of food that we didn't like, and we respectively didn't eat it.

From the beginning, the waiter told us that we could take what we liked and we paid for that, but we had to leave the food we didn't like. When we were going to the exit, another waiter came up behind us with food that we left and ordered us to buy it, we tried to explain to him that your colleague gave us permission not to buy it all the food, to which a lady who pretended to be the administrator came and very aggressively forced us to pay. Moreover, the administrator told us that it was better not to come. I understand that there is a rule that if you can't eat everything, you have to pay, BUT, what happens if I didn't like the food? Who thinks of the customer? And another minus, it seems absolutely incorrect to me that there is a limit on the length of stay in the restaurant! I do not recommend this restaurant to...

A restaurant that gave me "just" satisfactory feeling. In short, pretty bad experience.

The restaurant atmosphere is fine but super crowded especially during weekends. So much crowd that food gets empty very quickly and it takes a real long time to replace the food. The restaurant is so big that it's difficult to maneuver around with plates and bowls in the crowd, to the food counter and back to the seat especially if seated far away. If crowded, there's every chance to slip/fall/dash/make a mess. Not too organised.

Service is also quite bad and infact slow. If there's a need or help, there's almost nobody to ask as there are only a few waiters. Food is okay and some dishes are tasty but as mentioned above, food gets empty real quick and is not replaced soon.

There's mostly Non vegetarian food options from sea food to chicken, beef, turkey but salads are also available. There's also a counter to order fresh sea food/grill that is made on request.

Reservation is not mandatory but it's better to reserve especially if coming with large number of people. Good place to come along with family, friends, for lunch and get togethers. Not kid friendly. There are no kid friendly meals available.
