been there with friends yesterday for the first time, here is my comment: hot chocolate is not hot, because they just add cold milk inside the cup with chocolate powder.

poor interior design. tables near window is ok, but tables foe multiple guest are horrible because they're so close to each other, it's barely hear the conversation so at the end everyone talks so loud, with the echo in the room, the noise is so unpleasant. Also the table is unfriendly design, you have to sit twisting your body because you can't stretch your legs under the table!

terrible hygiene management. cookie cans are open. breads are placed on open hanger with cover. I already saw some flies crawling on the bread. If you are so hardcore with the polluted food, ok then this is not an issue.

ps. if you choose to sit outside, then you'll just see a line of cars just in front of you.

In short, I don't see any point worthy going...

Why does émoi deserve 5 stars?

First, the TASTE of all baked goods were PHENOMENAL (ultra RICH chocolate cake, chocolate crème and couverture, …)

Second, the SERVICE was really KIND considering the fact that they had to deal with a lot of stress due to high customer demand.

Furthermore, • UNIQUE and perfectly baked/executed patisserie • adequate VALUE for money (worth the price) • safe and environmentally friendly packaging for takeaway available

small criticism: The room is unfortunately not efficiently used in order to offer enough seats to a fair number of customers❗️

The design looks OK. But the tables are all way too close to each other. The male member of staff was a douche bag and a pretty rude one. The selection of breads and rolls is pathetic. And the price for the sweets is also pathetic I’m not paying eight euros for two bite piece. This is not Paris. This is Dresden, so I ended up having that one piece went to a different bakery and bought three pieces of cake and stand for the same price which are all about four...
