The range of coffees from dark chocolate style profile to fruity coffees, origins from Brazil to Ethiopia, from Italian Espresso to light Single Origin roasts. One can expect to drink anything from an intense espresso, a strong cafe crema, a smooth cappuccino, all the way to a Japanese filter coffee. Open for any kind of coffee person. The people there is quite kind and knowledgeable, ready to assist. The cake selection could be better, there is Eierscheke and Apfelkuchen provided by Dresdner Kaffeestübchen, quite nice though. A bit out of the way but definitely worth the journey. Tucked away in an industrial area, one needs to take the tram from the central station to get here. Coffee is absolutely delicious and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about coffee. They also have interesting items for sale like coffee liqueur but unfortunately I didn’t try it. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to find good coffee beans in Dresden after moving from Italy but I was wrong. I've had several different blends from this roastery now and I've always been impressed. There's a wide range to choose from and there are very affordable options. Especially considering that it's Germany.
