Coffee and baked goods as are OK, better than medium level for DE, but service is horrible. Unbelievable. Every time I go there I promise myself it is the last time, then after a month I go again and regret every time. 3 separate experiences: there was no sugar. None. Sugar/sweetener is one of the main ingredients for any coffee drink. You cannot claim to be a Kafe without sugar at 18h I wanted to take a cappuccino and had to wait for 10 minutes for the person before me to be serviced. I didn't get even a "hallo" and then it became clear that the lady would not make me a cappuccino because she already washed the machine. When it says work hours till 18.30, I expect to be served at least at 18 the last 2 times I tried to get a coffee here were no cup covers. Again, you offer coffee, what are you doing if you don't have the main items for your business Also one time there was no milk or whatever.....I can continue, but you get the point. I honestly love this coffee shop. The employees are friendly, the place is cute and cozy, the pastries are delicious - if you are nearby and need a place to work for the day, want to grab a quick coffee or just need a little pick me up, this is the perfect stop.
