I have eaten at many Turkish restaurants before, and I am not exaggerating when I say Mevlana may be of the best in all of Europe. From the excellently prepared dishes, the perfectly spiced doner kebabs, and the wonderful customer service, this is a must-visit if you’re visiting anywhere near Düsseldorf. I would personally recommend the adana kebab, iskender kebab, and the suhtlach dessert. You can also never go wrong with some Turkish pizza - Lahmuchun! One of my favorite parts of the coming here is speaking with the regulars - some who have been coming since the 80s! Used to eat here in the ‘90s and am glad they’re still going strong. Mevlana had the best Döner back then, and nothing has topped their quality since, not in Berlin or anywhere else. They used better meat than their competition and their own, oven-fresh bread. Always in high demand, so grilling would be hot and fast. Juicy meat with crispy edges. Absolutely perfect, and...

Ich kann gar nicht genug Lob für diesen Dönerladen aussprechen! Dieser familiengeführte Betrieb, der mittlerweile in der zweiten oder sogar dritten Generation geführt wird, bietet seit Jahren die beste Döner-Qualität, die ich je erlebt habe.

Was diesen Laden wirklich herausragend macht, ist der selbstgemachte Döner. Jeder Bissen ist ein Geschmackserlebnis: saftiges, perfekt gewürztes Fleisch, knackiges Gemüse und ein Brot, das immer frisch und knusprig ist. Man merkt sofort, dass hier alles mit Liebe und Hingabe zubereitet wird.

Die Familie, die den Laden betreibt, legt unglaublich viel Wert auf Qualität und das schmeckt man auch. Über die Jahre hinweg hat sich die hohe Qualität stets gehalten und sogar noch verbessert. Der Service ist immer freundlich und zuvorkommend, man fühlt sich jedes Mal willkommen und geschätzt.

Yemekler çok harika di. Halk yemekleri cok güzeldi. Yemekleri iyi kalite de dir. Şark köşesi de var. O etrafında en iyi silerden. Her zaman birdaha giderim.

Das dazu gereichte Brot war gut getoastet und somit knusprig. Preis/Leistung: befriedigend. Als Hauptgang habe ich einen Yaprakteller mit Pommes und Salat bestellt. Der Salat war knackig frisch. Die Pommes knusprig. Und das Fleisch war ein Gedicht!!!! Sehr gut gewürzt und vor allem zart. All das hat das optische wieder gut gemacht Denn es wurde hier alles lieblos auf den Teller geklatscht.Beim nächsten mal werde ich mir einen Dürüm mit Zwiebeln bestellen. Mir hat es geschmeckt 👍 Preis Leistung: sehr gut+. Gerne wieder!

Auf eine Empfehlung bin ich hierhergefahren, weil ich in der Nähe war. Als Vorspeise habe ich eine Mercimeksuppe bestellt. Die Suppe war leider etwas dünn und die Portion für das Geld viel zu klein.
