NOVO² — Restaurant in Dusseldorf

Novo restaurant is a classic bar restaurant format. It has dark furniture and a slightly dim atmosphere. To be honest, it is highly likely to see food scraps on the floor, around the edges of the dining chairs, and crumbs on the tables at this restaurant. I have personally tested this by visiting two times. Additionally, it appears that the chef changes frequently, as the hamburger I enjoyed on my first visit did not have the same taste or ingredients on my second visit. It doesn't have a very long menu. Pizza, a few pasta dishes, hamburgers, and salads. There might be some things I missed. These are what I saw and what we tried as a family. My wife and my little daughter shared a big pizza. My older daughter and I each had a hamburger. It was a big hamburger with 190 g of meat, onions, pesto, etc. It was served with fries on the side. Ich war für eine Tagung im Restaurant. Etwas entäuschend fand ich die Qualität der Speisen. Da wird schnell mal eine günstige Abkürzung genommen. Melone im November ist keine gute Wahl. Der Dip zum Baguette als Vorspeise war nicht definierbar, war aber weder Quark, Butter noch Sauerrahm. Beim Steak wurde nicht gefragt, wie sehr es gebraten sein soll. So gab es leider ein zähes Steak well(?) done. Salate sind sehr lecker sowohl bei Menü wie am Buffet. Die Nachtische schienen mir eher aus der Tüte zu kommen als dem Originalrezept zu folgen.
