I’ve been going to this place over the last 7 years because the pre dinner (complimentary) bread and oil were super nice and the pizza was so delicious. But the service has always been a bit lacking. Today was especially bad! No bread and oil (apparently it’s not a thing anymore but even when we asked after it twice we were told ‘it’s just baking’ but later we’re told- oh no, we don’t do that anymore- get your story straight!) and then my ‘vegetable pizza, no cheese’ (vegan) came with a rogue prawn on it! We complained but we’re just asked if I will still eat it or if they have to make another. I said I will just cut that off and that was then ‘ok, sorry’. We then wanted to order more drinks and the, already aloof, waitress ignored us for so long that my boyfriend went to the bar to order. I had dinner here with my colleagues and we ordered the truffle pasta with parmesan. Some minutes later, the woman who took our order said they ran out of truffle so they offered to replace the truffle with beef or gambas. I ordered the truffle pasta with parmesan for the combination of both so there was no point for me to get that anymore. I told the woman I wanted to change my order and get something else instead. absolute Enttäuschung, nahezu schon entsetzt über so wenig Awareness im Service - da könnten Leihen besser auf gewisse Dinge achten und Hygiene unter aller Kanone!!

Nachdem wir im Restaurant ankamen wurden wir recht unherzlich und genervt empfangen. Neben uns wurde so laut geredet (fast schon geschrien), dass ich um einen anderen Tisch bat. Das hat zwar auch funktioniert, aber der neue Tisch, wo zuvor Gäste saßen wurde nicht gesäubert und man hat hier schnell das Gefühl bekommen, man müsse sich als Gast demütig verhalten, statt auf ein auch nur normales Level an Umgangsformen bestehen zu dürfen. Was mich dann aber absolut entsetzt hat war, dass ich ein extrem langes Haar beim Baguette essen im Mund/Rachen hatte, was ich mir schnell rausziehen wollte, aber dieses abbrach. Ich musste das Haar herunterschlucken und mir war einfach nur schlecht danach. Mit offenen Haaren kellnern und das Baguette in der Mitte des Raumes offen stehen zu haben, welches von allen Kellnern (die wohlbemerkt vorher das EC Gerät und alles anpackten) angefasst wird, ist einfach nur ekelhaft!

Die Hauptspeise war ok, aber nichts besonderes. Allgemein hatte man keine schöne Atmosphäre im Laden und die Kellner schienen wenig Lust auf ihren Job zu haben. Man wurde auch teilweise eher schon übergangen.

Wie man ja weiß, spiegelt die Toilettensauberkeit oft die allgemeine Hygiene des Ladens wider. Hier (und das habe meine ich noch nie zuvor getan) bin ich NICHT auf Toilette gegangen, obwohl ich musste - weil die Toilette so dermaßen verdreckt war, dass ich lieber ausgehalten habe. Ein blutender Tampon, der nicht abgespült war, überall dreckiges und nasses Papier auf dem Boden und einfach versifft in so einem recht kleinen Laden, Hilfe..

und on top habe ich jetzt seit einer halben Stunde Magenkrämpfe und das für 80 Euro, dankeschön für nichts, nie...
