Food is good for a chain. The service in this particular location is terrible and very hostile. I can understand that they do not let you sit inside without having your vaccination card - however, they should treat everyone the same. Instead I was profiled and sent outside, while my blond colleague and another person entered and they were either never asked for their proof of evidence or they said they did not have it with them. However, in the latter case, they were allowed to remain on the premises. I even said to the waitress, that one of the people did not have a proof, as she had said it loudly. I sat outside and it was wasps everywhere so I asked if we could go inside, I was told that we could not make a reservation and that I would have to wait at least half an hour and if I was lucky they would have a table.

After 30 minutes i returned and they acted like i was never there. In the meantime a big line had formed and I was asked to stand in the back of the line, even though I was already waiting for 30 minutes before there even was a line.

After all that they just acted as if they didn't know I was there at any point and when I called them out they even went as far to pretend they couldn't understand my German or English.
