Seeing the reviews below and no response from the owners , I am not very hopeful but still want to share my experience. This drive thru is a well thought through scam. They will always miss to put something in the order or charge extra for something you did not order knowing well that people will realize too late and won’t come back. After letting it slide many times I decided to confront them when my corn was without butter. The first guy told me he remembers very well he gave me butter, then comes the chef - Rahman. Even without hearing me starts bickering and says we have no butter - what will you do. This was the smallest thing they had missed in my last four visits but I confronted them as I realized they are taking us for granted. But the rude and aggressive manner in which they behaved tells me there is no management overseeing the activities. Never...

Horrible customer service for takeaways. Yesterday, I had ordered some chicken, burgers and fries. Once they handed over the packet, I came straight to my car and drove home, without checking the contents. Checking the contents is difficult, as you have to almost take everything out and put them back in. After coming home, I realised they had completely missed the two packets of large fries and the sauces, that were part of the order, worth €6.58. This is totally NOT acceptable, as we had to make do with an incomplete meal. Once you are home, you don't have the energy and time after a long day to go back and reclaim it. It's your common KFC. As far as I experienced, the staff was always very kind and offered good service. I recommend you to check on the KFC website for coupons prior to going here. You can save a lot of money that way. There is also an indoor kids playground and recently they added a tiny Pizza Hut booth within the KFC. Update 31st of December 2019: Upgraded from 3 to 4 stars because of the newly installed order terminals which are great. (pictures attached) Update January 2020: Downgraded from 4 to 2 stars.
