Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Eschborn

Most horrendous experience with any Pizza Hut. Ordered through Uber Eats and was told the estimated delivery time would be 20-40min. Relatively normal for delivery so we were not really worried, but as the Uber Eats app told me the driver was not one of theirs, we could not track the delivery.

Nearing the 40min mark we called the store multiple times (because they would not pick up at all) and were given the delivery driver's number. Delivery driver told us he was on his way and that we would have our food in about 6 minutes. 30 minutes go by... no food.

At this point we had been waiting over an hour for a delivery location that was 15 minutes away at most. Contacted the driver again to cancel the order as it was just getting ridiculous. The driver then tells us he's 3 minutes away, but we were not looking to wait another 30 minutes so just told him to cancel.

We contacted Uber Eats customer support to process the refund and they were very quick and kind. At least they are professional, unlike the terrible customer service...

Place an order through lieferando and was given an estimated delivery time of 15:34. At 16:00 the food had still not arrived.

First my son called (I am sick and due to my bad throat it is hard to understand me on the phone) they did not understand him and hung up on him twice.

When I called directly afterwards he thought I was my son and accused me of playing around. I clarified that I was the parent and my son called because I was ill. I provided the address and when they came back they asked for the order number. They could not understand the order number and so just hung up. This repeated twice more until I finally got someone else on the phone. This employee sounded passed off the whole time and told me it would be another 30 minutes until we got our food - despite only living a 10 minute drive from the restaurant. No explanation was given for the delay. We just received slightly burnt pizza.

Das ist natürlich Mega, wenn ich vorher extra einen Wert Coupon bei Groupon kaufe, nur um dann vor Ort zu erfahren, dass 20 Minuten vor Ladenschluss der Käse fertig ist und man auch nicht irgendein anderen Käse verwenden kann. Als ich aus dem Laden rausgegangen bin, hat der Mitarbeiter sich eine Pizza mit Käse belegt. Nice Job :)

Zu dem Essen kann ich leider wenig sagen, da ich nicht die Möglichkeit hatte, irgendwas zu bestellen und extra hingefahren, bin mit leerem Magen. An sich finde ich aber das Ambiente nicht so schlimm, liegt halt in einem KFC. Dem jeweiligen Verantwortlichen würde ich empfehlen, die Ressourcen so zu planen, dass man zumindest bis zum Ladenschluss noch Pizzen herstellen kann. Bei einer eigenständigen Pizzeria kann ich das verstehen, bei einer Fast Footkette aber nicht.

Darüber hinaus funktioniert die eigene von Pizza Hut nicht.

Ich bin schockiert, wie der Leiter dieses Etablissement so etwas zulassen kann. Erneut waren wieder keine Zutaten vorhanden, die Mitarbeiter waren nicht mal in der Lage einen Coupon zu scannen und ich wurde von links nach rechts geordert. Ein Stern ist noch unter bewertet. Die Mitarbeiter können nichts dafür, aber nur Personen mit größtenteils Sprachbarrieren einzustellen, finde ich frech.

Also, wenn jemand vorhat, sich etwas zu holen entweder für Pizza Hut oder KFC geht woanders hin. Falls ihr Coupons habt von Groupon vergiss das. Ich wollte fairerweise dem Laden noch eine Chance geben, aber schon wieder Zutaten leer, Coupon kann wieder nicht eingelöst werden, und ich werde teilweise gar...
