Absolutely great food and service! We'll keep visiting.

Specifics - Tried the Beef Pho, Udon noodles with Red Curry and Summer Rolls. Rolls were good, the dip was spectacular.

Beef Pho was so light but packed with flavor - the rice (or glass?) noodles had amazing chew. The chilli on the side was actually spicy unlike elsewhere in Essen.

Red Curry with Udon Noodles - absolutely star of the show. I'm not going to say it was authentic, but it was definitely lipsmacking. I could not get enough of the chewy Udon and the Curry. The chicken schnitzel honestly, was superfluous.

Service - we do not speak much German yet, but the lady at the bar today (19.05.23) doubled up as our waiter and helped us out with ordering. She was genuinely warm and friendly and it was such a mood...

This address is used to be a “beer garten” only few years back. But now they serve both great beers and delicious Asian food. I find it interesting and great place to come over and over. They also have wonderful garden on the back where you can enjoy the atmosphere (at this time of writing they are in the progress of renovating so that you might not have accessed). If you are the fan, or even new to, Asian food, especially Vietnamese food you must go there. In my pictures are rice noodles and grilled salmon. I strongly recommend “Pho” which I see that it is really better than the other restaurants in Essen. One of the best Vietnamese food in this area. I recently visited this place with mu friend . The place has two sitting areas, one is indoor and another is in backside in open garden. The ambiance is very nice. The staff is welcoming and very well behaved. The food is amazing, we ordered curry rice and it was nice.
