Thai Spicy — Restaurant in Fürth

This used to be my go to place for Thai food in Nürnberg but last time I ordered here they did not prepare my food in advance because I forgot to add my phone number to the order. The employee was not very friendly about it, which to me speaks of their service quality. The food itself was okay - the som tam was good but the pad thai was very soggy and inedible after one day. It’s a shame that the quality has declined so much in a couple of months, I won’t be ordering here again...

Im Speiseraum war es eiskalt, sodass wir mit Jacken den Aufenthalt verbrachten. Wir waren zu sechst essen - waren die einzigen Gäste im Restaurant = trotzdem kam ein Essen nach dem anderen, sodass das erste Essen bereits fast kalt war, bis alle ihr Essen hatten. Ein Essen wurde sogar ganz vergessen. Gemüse wie Brokkoli und Zucchini waren nicht knackig - sondern roh. Leere Gläser und nur halb aufgegessene Teller fallen nicht auf, da auch kein wirklicher Service am Tisch stattfindet. Die Bezahlung mussten wir aktiv in der Küche "anfragen". Reklamationen wurden abgetan und auf z.B. den Vermieter bzw. eine defekte Tür geschoben. Kochen ohne Geschmacksverstärker (was hier mal groß geschrieben wurde...
