The worst food experience I’ve ever had since I arrived to Nuremberg! First We made our order at 20:00 and it arrived at 22:00 regardless that on Lieferando they say delivery time is 30 mins !

I had a little conversation with The man who delivered the food ( named himself as the owner of the Resturant ) so when I complained about being 90mins late and not answering to any of the phone numbers given he said he had complications with driving and the snow , I told him okay I will write in my review that you don’t deliver on time when it snows , he then complained about a customer who didn’t have their name on the door, I told him why didn’t you call to tell that you will be late he showed me his working mobile and told me that his phone is dead and has no battery !!!!! So within 5-10 mins conversation he told me 3 or 4 different reasons why he was that late !!

Coming to the important part , the food itself arrived of course VERY COLD and not eatable specially the halomy sandwiches , the bread for the fattosh was burned and the chicken with only half cooked and the fries are so wet and squished.

so basically I waisted a 40 euros on an order that I didn’t eat anything from!!

I strongly warn people from ordering...

Very good restaurant in Fürth-Nürnberg. It is actually in Nürnberg, but very close to Fürth. There is usually a wait of about 30 minutes on weekdays and up to 1 hour on weekends, but the wait’s worth it. The food was amazing. We ordered Shawarma Teller, Crispays Bucket and Falafel Wrap Teller. All were good, kids liked the Crispays bucket the best. The Shawarma’s bread was crispy and flaky and it had garlic paste, which is not you get in all restaurants here. Very good value for money. Relatively cheaper than other restaurants in Nürnberg. Prioritises Uber and online orders over in-house customers!!!😐

Ordered a shawarma wrap for takeaway and waited much longer than necessary while Uber orders and other pickups after us were served first. Despite asking for no pickle, it was still added, and we were first given the wrong item (a box instead of a wrap). We refused the food and left.

Also, the owner’s reply claiming I used a fake account is untrue — my friend and I each wrote our own genuine review about the same...
