Such a friendly atmosphere that we came twice during our visit. There were no issues despite my husband's severe allergies to nuts and peanuts.

We tried the following dishes on our visit:

Weibwurst mit Breze 4/5 White sausages with Pretzel. The sausage was nice and flavourful and paired superbly with the sweet mustard and the pretzel was also very nice.

Kasspatzen mit Salat 5/5 This reminded me of a mac and cheese. The Allagu cheese flavour was very rich and the fried crunchy bits added a nice texture. If compared to a mac and cheese, probably one of the best ones we've had.

Fleischpilanzerl mit Kartoffelsalat 4/5 The meatball was nice flavourful and juicy and the potato salad was a nice touch.

The soups were also nice and hearty. Warmed us up...

Wanted some schnitzel after spending the entire day at the castles. This popped up with great reviews. I was highly pleased!! The town is very cute. This little spot had super quick service. The food was fantastic. The staff were so friendly and sweet and attentive. Very affordable! And not the high prices like you see near the castles. Highly recommended the 10 min drive to this little spot! Average food, great host/server, clean restaurant, reasonably priced. Located within a pedestrian only zone.

The food was served hot and with good presentation. The taste and quality were average.

We arrived without a reservation. The host/server was kind enough to find us a seat. She was very professional, sweet, and made some good suggestions. When it got busy, she ran around but kept a pleasant smile to everyone. She even took the time to check on us.

Overall, a very pleasant dining experience.
