accepting a customer for dinner about 9 o'clock in the evening, knowing full well that you are going to close in about 30 minutes, witch is not something a toerist expects from a warm summer evening in the middle of the week, not telling the customer, instead, saying that we have not to worry, not to hurry, all while: asking twice if we are done eating, ready to pay and leave, clearing the terrace folding tables and putting chairs in a tower on top of each other, placing it all next to us, blocking view of the street, asking, expecting, at least two other people and a group of people, to pay, round up, and leave. looking around frustrated if anyone is ready to leave or not. nobody has to say that this is not what a customer has to expect when asking if a table for dinner is available, on a middle of the week, 9 o'clock...
Read moreYou have to go up the stairs to get to the restaurant. The food was amazing! We ordered the milan pizza as well as a couple of dishes with vegetables and chicken/salmon. All incredibly delicious! However, the service was not the best. He initially told us that he could not seat us, so we thought he meant the open tables were reserved. We were about to leave when we realized he was joking. I think he was unhappy that we didn't catch his joke, because we had to get our own silverwear/napkins and he didn't check on us during the meal. Additionally, the atmosphere was confusingly funny. Read moreEin echter Volltreffer mitten in Füssen!
