I booked the Rauschenberger's Supper Club experience for a January date, but it was cancelled due to some kind of technical problem & we moved this meal to Valentine's Day. We pre-paid this in November, so it almost felt like a free meal and we splurged on wine at the event. After a weird red carpet walk into a kind of high school gymnasium stairwell, we found the entrance hiding behind a closed door. From the promo video, it seemed to be touted as a posh party event, but there were tons of people wearing jeans, so it was definitely an "anything goes" dress code. We started the evening waiting in the posh lounge area while waiting for our table. There was a small selection of cocktails available here, which were sweeter than I would have preferred & took longer than they should have. A glass of Sekt or Champagne would have been very welcome instead. It was a sort of awkward wait to be seated. Once seated, we were presented with a much more extensive drink list. Good selection of wines, including California, New Zealand & Australia, but the glass selection was pretty basic. A wine pairing would have been great, as it was hard to select a good wine to pair with both fish & beef. The Provence rose was soli, though. The ambiance was stunning. It was an industrial vibe from the warehouse & Edison lightbulbs, but also adorned with kitschy antiques and beautiful fresh flowers and candlelight. The menu options were pretty limited. Either fish & meat (€119 for 4 courses) or vegetarian (€99 for 4 courses). The flavors were the same, the vegetarian menu just had substitutes for the fish & meat parts. We really admired the quality of the meals, the bold flavors and the beautiful plating. It definitely didn't lack from Michelin quality presentation, despite the pop-up nature. We settled our beverage tab (cards accepted) and retrieved our jackets. We were given a gorgeous long stemmed rose for Valentine's Day. It was the perfect end to the evening. Though we enjoyed a romantic Valentine's Day meal, the shared tables would have been much more fun with friends or another couple. The pop-up runs until March. There are still bookings available, including two Michelin Chef evenings (for €159 for 4 courses) on 29 Feb & 11 March.

Came here for valentines night. The coolest thing here is the location. The dishes taste fine but nothing I would say is mind blowing. The most mind blowing dish was a cucumber ice cream that was really really good. The food took forever to come out. The service was nice but exactly excellent since even a bottle of water or coke was taking a long time.
