Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 6 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern im Alter von ca. 2 Jahren dort und es war fantastisch!
Nicht nur dass das Essen wirklich gut und die Portionen riesig waren (Vorspeisen können ruhig weggelassen werden), es wurde sich auch absolut freundlich und zuvorkommend um die Kinder gekümmert!
Die Kellnerin hat an alles gedacht: Platzierung auf Wunsch in einer ruhigen Ecke im Gasthaus trotz des guten Wetters draußen, Plastikbecher für die Kinder, Kuchenbesteck als "Kinderbesteck", das für die Kinder gedacht Gericht bereits in der Küche auf drei Teller aufteilen zu lassen und hat nicht einmal mit den Wimpern gezuckt bzgl. des Lärmpegels, des unvermeidbaren Drecks auf dem Boden oder dass die Kinder sich am Ende in der Ecke alterentsprechend bewegt haben. Dabei ist sie durchweg super nett, höflich und hilfsbereit geblieben.
Wirklich ein fantastisches Restaurant für uns, wir kommen sicher bald wieder!

We went with a group of 6 adults and 3 toddlers at the age of about 2 years and it was fantastic!
The food was absolutely amazing, and the portions were so big that none of us were able to finish. The staff was super nice and welcoming to the children and did not bat an eye in regard to anything that comes with eating out with toddlers.
We called ahead and asked to be seated inside, even though the weather was super nice. And the staff did think of everything regarding the kids on their own. We had a nice table; they brought out kids plates and cutlery and actually suggested having the order for the kids already split up on three plates in the kitchen instead of us having to do it at the table.
They did not have any negative comments in regard to the kids making the usual mess while eating, talking very loudly, or even moving around in our area after being done eating.

We visited this traditional German restaurant and ordered a mixed platter for 6 people — even though we were 7 at the table. To our surprise, there was more than enough food for everyone! The platter came with a great selection of meats: pork knuckle, different kinds of sausages, sauerkraut, and even Grüne Soße. Everything was delicious and full of flavor. Being on a business trip in Frankfurt, we've found this gem outside the city and it was a completely unforseen delight! The plates were fantastic, the beer and desserts finger-licking good! I'll definitely recommend this place!
