Worst experience with the delivery guy. If people cannot be friendly, then I suggest not to hire them for customer service and delivery, And there is a huge miscommunication between the restaurants and Lieferando. Delivery guy was rude because apparently I should have picked up the call in the first try. While Lieferando app still showed 28 minutes (out of overall 55 mins) to delivery. I don't think I will ever order from this place again. I do not deny that food was quite decent but lacked respectable service quality.

Dear Harsh, Since I cannot reply to your comment, I thought I will upload some proof regarding your delivery boy's lie. He called me once and I have uploaded a photo. In case you think blaming the customer will bring more customers you are mistaken because I was a loyal customer and now I will refrain from ordering from this place. I am very disappointed with the unpleasant behaviour towards me as a customer. I hope improvements are made...

Ordered chicken biryani from this Restaurant but ended up with a disappointing surprise. What we received was more like a veg pulao with just a couple of chicken pieces thrown in—not what we expected at all.

When we reached out to the restaurant, the owner/manager was quite generous and acknowledged the mistake. He even offered us free side dishes as compensation, which we appreciated. However, the service staff handling the takeaway refused to provide them, completely disregarding what the manager had promised.

While the owner’s gesture was commendable, the lack of coordination between management and staff, along with the inaccurate order, left us with a poor experience. Hope they work on their service and food quality to avoid such issues...

We had tried the Shahi Paneer and Chicken Madras along with Butter Naans. The Shahi Paneer was very sweet and felt like it was not seasoned with any other spices. However I would like to acknowledge that the server did warn us in advance that it might be sweet but we did not expect it to be this extreme. Therefore, if you're looking for the authentic taste, would not recommend the Shahi Paneer. The chicken Madras was also very basic and did not taste particularly good. Overall, the food was just alright, but the service and ambience are good. Special mention to the Papads and chutneys that were served at the start which was the real star...
