I was very much looking forward to visit this place because they had some spicy food and momos listed on their menu ! Well I tried their famous Jalfrezi Paneer mit Naan and also Chilly Chicken. Both of them tasted very very average and nothing great! Veg Momos were slightly better. We visited this place around 9:30 PM on a Saturday evening and at around 10:30 PM the restaurant staffs almost closed down the place ( even though we had just begun eating ). The staffs were constantly staring and waiting for us to finish off and leave; this made us feel miserable and we started gulping down the food in order to finish them ASAP! We expected a little polite behaviour. Also I would literally not give any stars for hygiene. My beer mug was not washed properly and they had so many food stains. All in all It was a disaster.. For the quality of food they offer, this place is pricey!!

We had an excellent evening in this small and simple Nepalese restaurant. There's an excellent choice of various dishes including vegetarian / meat / chicken / fish curries, momos, tandoori, vindaloo etc. We had mango curry and a fish curry and a lamb one with a garlic naan to share plus mango lassis. Our dishes were served with rice. All were delicious and very satisfying. The service was good and friendly. The atmosphere warm, informal and, well, Nepalese with the large illuminated photo from Nepal on the far wall. Highly recommended.

Spontaneously decided to visit this with my gf, it has replaced my favorite Indian place (I know it's not the same but there are many similarities) the Naan was without a doubt the best I've ever had, freshly made. The curry was delicious and very spicy. Value is also great. Piece if advise go by train, bornheim Mitte is a 5 min walk as parking around here is a nightmare. The waitress was super nice and helpful. I will be back many times.

I recently visited Mero Buddha, a Nepali restaurant, and my experience left me with mixed feelings.

One of the highlights of the visit was the restaurant's ambiance. The pleasant atmosphere created a welcoming setting for the meal, enhancing the overall dining experience.

However, there was a point of disappointment in the food. I ordered momos, a beloved Nepali dish, but found them to be overly spicy. While some level of spice is expected, the spiciness in this case was overpowering and detracted from the overall enjoyment of the dish. The balance of flavors that makes momos special was somewhat lost.

In conclusion, Mero Buddha provides a nice ambiance for dining, which sets the stage for a pleasant experience. However, the over-spiced momos left me with mixed feelings, as they didn't quite live up to my expectations. If you have a high tolerance for spiciness, it might be worth giving the restaurant a try, but if you prefer milder flavors, it might be best to proceed...

I did not eat there, I was just in front of... A pizzeria, unfortunately there was no toilet, then I went to this Nepali place and ask the guy (waitress) if I was allow to use the toilet, of course I told him that I can pay to be able to push!!! And his answer was NOT because I ate in front of!! Then I told him again, that I didn't know that they didn't have a toilet and that I would like to pay but his answer was still "no".

I don't know, but it was ready sad to see this kind of people, hopefully all nepali people are not like this...
