Viet Pho — Restaurant in Frankfurt

Lovely food - service could be a bit quicker and more attentive.

I liked the relaxed ambience and the food was really tasty - vegetables cooked just right and good size portions. one small point about the food - instead of the 2 or 3 small rolls which are bite sized cut in half, in this restaurant you get served and large roll cut in half, and when you eat it it completely falls apart, not the best experience. I think the smaller sized multiple rolls are a much better eating experience.

A few people have mentioned problems with slow service. As we were not in a rush, we didn't find it a problem that the mains after the starter took quite long to arrive and it was worth the wait. However, later on no staff were seen for ages and it became difficult to pay the bill which wasn't great as my friend had to get up early the next day. Staff could be more attentive to diners in case they want to order or pay. It seems a minor problem to fix.

Based on my experience today I would come again, but not when...

I ordered a pickup, that I paid online already, I got a confirmation from the restaurant that my order is ready to be picked up in 10 Minutes. Upon arrival I came up to the counter to inform the lady behind the bar that I came to pick up my order, she raised her voice at me saying I'm in the wrong place, saying I have to go to a different restaurant, she turned her back to me and kept still shouting in her own language. A man stepped behind the bar, wanting to see the email, the adress of the restaurant I ordered at, he was quite nice, the woman then started screaming at him, even slapped his hand when he wanted to give me my order, that was on the bar counter already, I felt a big discomfort and was shocked how disrespectful I have been treated. If I wouldn't have paid for my food already, I would have walked out immediately. I will never be eating there again and I hope no One gets the treatment I got. Thank You...

I recently had the opportunity of dining at this restaurant, and the food was so delicious! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service was great. The menu offered a wide variety of options, each bursting with authentic flavors. I started off with the spring rolls & ordered the My Vit. The duck was very crispy and the broth for the noodles were very good. The desert was some of the best desert I have ever had. The bread was so soft and fresh. I highly recommend this place for anyone craving a genuine taste of Vietnam. I'll definitely be coming back for more pho-nomenal...
