PiePoint — Restaurant in Frankfurt

Have you ever tasted your own food ? Giving this to people is just an outrage ! the quality of the ingredients is really bad (and we are not picky at all), we paid 2€ extra for one tiny bit of feta cheese that was rotten!!! the sandwich is falling apart in the aluminium so you can't eat at all and everything just ends up on the floor lettuce is an ingredient that is supposed to be raw not cooked! where did you learned that what you see on this picture is yummy?! obviously the given delivery time was false... i don't mind you take 1h to deliver (although it's already weird given I live 2 minutes away from you) but please say it in ADVANCE so that we can organise ourself, that's the whole point of ordering otherwise I can come myself...

The food isn't bad (ordered ther before) but the customer service is terrible. I called ca. 15 min after I placed my order because I needed to cancel since I just got the message of my Dad being brought into the hospital (mind you I still had about 45 minutes till I was about to get the order) and was rudely told that it wasn't possible and the food is going to be delivered anyways. I would have no problem to go there and still pay the next day or something. But what am I supposed to do in such an situation while my dad is fighting for his life and I am the only person available to deal with it. I would have loved some compassion especially since the delivery driver is probably from them anyways since I need to...

Heute mal Bestellt und Leider endtäuscht worden. Das hat hier nichts mit Griechisches essen zu tun. Ich hatte 3 Sachen Bestellt und davon wahr das Fleisch Okay aber hatte mehr was vom Döner Fleisch als Gyros Fleisch zu tun wo her weiß ich das ich habe schon bei einem Echten Griechen gegessen und es wahr Lecker. Fangen wir an, 1. Bougatsa Käse hat alt Geschmeckt und Wahr nicht mehr Frisch. 2. Saganakia Der Überbackene Schafskäse wahr in meinem Augen ein Billiger Schafskäse und es hat auch hier nach altem Öl b.z.w Fett Geschmeckt. 3. Gyros vom Drehspieß Wahr in meinem Auge kein Gyros Fleisch weil es genauso wie Döner Fleisch Geschmeckt hat. Die Pommes sind Dünn und wahren hart und Kalt das geht gar nicht. Hier werde ich nicht mehr Bestellen denn dieser Laden hat nichts mit Griechisches essen zu tun der Inhaber ist nicht mal Grieche also woher soll er Wissen wie Griechisches essen Gekocht wird. Nichts hat an Griechenland Erinnert nicht mal die Gewürze. Man sollte denn Namen ändern wenn man nicht Griechisch Authentisch Kochen kann. Ich kann nur jeden Raten hier nicht zu essen das ist meine Meinung und das Restaurant kann mir gerne mit einem Anwalt kommen und mich Verklagen doch es wird sich nichts dran ändern an meiner Meinung was das essen Angeht. Bin sehr Endtäusch und das ich hier umgerechnet 25,90 € Bezahlt habe für ein Minderwertiges Essen wo die Qualität nicht Stimmt macht mich einfach Wütend. Bestellt hier nicht sucht euch ein Restaurant aus wo wirklich ein Griesche der Besitzer ist denn da bekommt ihr Gutes Griechisches essen und vielleicht noch ein...
