Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Frankfurt

Worst experience. We went here yesterday and ordered exactly same food as we ordered 2weeks before(from the same place). We ordered one large pan pizza Garden lover + pepsi + knoblauch-brot mozzarella. But lady worker Sabina made mistake and served small pizza. When we asked, she said ok she will give another small pizza for the same price. So our actual total bill amount was supposed to be 15.50Euros, but she charged 18.40 euros. When we questioned her, she said its correct and she shown price of Dinner special large pizza which we haven't ordered. When we said we haven't ordered this, she was simply ignoring us and behaving rude. It was very clear that she was lying, because if that was the case then she should have also charged for pepsi and knoblauch-brot mozzarella.

We spent 1 hour just to go there and have pizza because we liked the location and food last time, but it was total disappointment. It is not about paying 3 euros extra but you should not lie and cover up your mistake by giving higher bills to customer. Since we liked this place last time we gave even tip to same lady and now we regret to give tip for such people. We will never visit this place again and even will never recommend to...

Very bad and not recommended. It doesn't stand by ANY standards of pizza and certainly not of a chain like Pizza Hut! is very disappointing. We took one pizza with pepperoni and one regular, the pizza with pepperoni all the sausage was in the center, all together on top of each other and in the other half not even one piece. all the cheese was not on the pizza and only about 3 triangles had cheese and the rest was just sauce!! 80 percent of the pizza was thrown away like our money I...
