Whiskey is aged in a variety of wine cask, especially riesling cask! but most are relatively young (less than 10 years old) What is impressive here is Gin. The taste is unique to juniper berries. Wir waren gestern auf einem Whiskey tasting. Von Anfang bis Ende hervorragend. Hier konnte man einen authentischen Eindruck der Destillerie bekommen. Toll finde ich das absolut Fokus auf „Regional“ gelegt wird. Das Tasting war wirklich toll durchdacht. Es gab unfassbar tolles Brot und Baguette von Rudolf Raab. Leckeres Essen und natürlich sehr interessante Whiskey. Dies war ein Geschenk an meinen Mann.habe den Abend begeistert begleitet. Uns hat’s unfassbar gut gefallen. Ich freue mich auf weitere Veranstaltungen und ich glaube das war nicht das letzte Tasting. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt Vielen Dank für alles

Lieber Heiko, danke für Deine Gesellschaft und dass Du uns von Deinem Butter-Scotch hast probieren lassen, das war mit Abstand der beste Scotch, den wir in unserem Leben getrunken haben!!! Die Brände der Brauerei „Thomas Sippel“ sind genial und ein wahrer Genuss für unseren Gaumen!!!
