We waited 1 hour 40 minutes for our (simple) breakfast to come (we were only 2 persons). In the meantime, everyone that had arrived later was already served and had almost finished with their food. The waitress consequently avoided us and did not come to the table to explain anything. When I got up and went inside to talk with the responsible person, they told us they had lost our order. When the food finally arrived, the waitress did not even look at us or apologize in any form. When I went to pay and complain about the unfriendly service and lack of communication, the person that attended me showed his back on me all the time while I was giving the complain. Also he did not apologize. He turned around with the bill and said "you know what we'll do? you don't pay the drinks. Only the food. I hope it's better next time." I am sorry to say there is NOT going to be a next time, which is a pity for the cafe, for I always used to come here with guests from conferences and clients. I was so ashamed of the lack of friendliness and service orientedness that I would never risk coming back. Especially with international guests. It was a terrible idea...

This place will be more suited for those liking minimalist approach, I personally prefer places with a cozier setting. I was there with friends and we ordered several pasta dishes and sandwiches. Everyone was fine with their food, but there were no particular surprises that would make one want to come back for food again. The service was nice, though, and if going for drinks and sitting outside, it is very enjoyable.

EDIT: As a response to the owner's reply. I'm sorry if I didn't make it clear in the review, but the "missing surprise part" was regarding the food only. And, as stated, if I'd come back it wouldn't be because of the food, but e.g. the outside seating...

I was there with my boyfriend this morning. We had taken the whole morning off hoping we could have a nice and relaxing breakfast together, but it took more than 2 hours for our food to arrive. Most of the people left the restaurant without even getting their order, but we decided to wait because everytime we asked the waitress she said "it's almost done, 5-10min". It was the most unprofessional service I have ever experienced in my life. When our food finally arrived, the presentation was horrible and one of the breakfast was not even what we ordered. We had to eat in a hurry to be able to get to work on time... I would not recommend this...
