Four Seasons — Restaurant in Göttingen

The best Pho ever!! I am a Pho fan and I've tried it in several countries and cities around Europe and USA and the Pho from four seasons is the best ever🤤🤤.

And of course this is the best Vietnamese food in Göttingen!!🤤

1- The dishes have an amazing taste and a wide variety and plenty of vegetables, you can taste them in every spoon you get🤤. ( in other restaurants in the city, you can count the diversity and the amount of vegetables they put in your dish 😩)

2- The service is quite friendly and nice🌸😊, something not common at all in Germany nor Gottingen.

3- You can eat peacefully while having a great time: -No one rushes you to eat quickly; -No one is almost kicking you out when you are about to finish in order to sit someone else at your table; -No one dares to ask you to move to a tiny table to let your table to a bigger group of customers in the middle of your food( this 3 aspects happened to me in the other Vietnamese restaurants in the city).

4- The atmosphere🤗, very nice, calm and nice. You don't feel you have a random person eating at your table because of such reduced space, instead, nicely designed and with plenty of space between each table.

5- They have an amazing corner where your dog can lay down on a cushion and have water ready for the fluffy family member they really welcome them and have the detail to make you sure they are more than welcome.

Thanks to the amazing staff for this experience, to be honest I've quitted to try Vietnamese food at the city due to the bad experiences in the other restaurants, but you brought me again the desire to continue eating one of my favourite foods, thanks🌸🙏

Definitely my only and one Vietnamese place to eat in the city and of coursei will become...

I was there because I wanted to try out this restaurant and was convinced by the good ratings. But I will most probably not go there again. First of all, the food is very good and the service is nice as well, with very friendly waiters. But, for a place so far from the city and looking at the standard prices and portions in other Vietnamese restaurants, it is way to expensive with not very generous portions. Prices for drinks are also beyond comprehension. Other people have complained about this, to which the restaurant replies that they assure this is standard but it is just not. Göttingen is a students city and places in the city center don't charge as much for drinks, as they do here. Parking there is also not a great experience, so better use a bike. For the prices they charge one would at least expect absolute tidiness, but even this was not the case. The bathroom area had trash in the corners and looks like some third class place. A place like that either reduces the prices or gives a way better customer experience. These issues were mentioned by customers in their reviews a few months ago, but it is still not...

Super, super schade, dass es das Lokal nicht bei uns in der Nähe gibt. Wir wären ganz sicher öfter hier. Wir waren auf der Durchreise, haben hier einen Halt gemacht. Angesprochen hatte uns online der gemütliche Look mit den Bänken und Laternen und auch vor Ort hat es uns gut gefallen. Wir wurden direkt begrüßt, haben die Karte bekommen und sowohl die Getränke als auch das Essen kamen sehr schnell. Uns wurde der Unterschied zwischen zwei Gerichten erklärt und dass wir kein scharfes Essen vertragen war auch kein Problem. Zum Trinken bestellten wir Chanh dá und Trà Cam Sā (heiß - sehr empfehlenswert!! Das kam in einem super süßen "Becher" wie eine kleine Vase - könnte man alla Starbucks zum Kauf anbieten 😉 wir hätten gerne welche mitgenommen). Als Vorspeise hatten wir "Nem" Classic vegetarische Frühlingsrollen. Die waren schon sehr lecker - unser Highlight waren aber unsere Hauptspeisen. Wir hatten Pho xao - einmal mit Ente, einmal mit Rumpsteak. Nun wissen wir nicht wie viel davon traditionell zu dem Gericht gehört und was der Koch dazuerfunden hat, für uns war es jedoch sehr kreativ. Die Soße war nicht einfach nur eine Sojasoße (worüber wir uns im Nachgang noch mit den Mitarbeitern austauschten), das Gemüse war vielfältig, die Nüsse und Röstzwiebeln spielten super mit rein und wenn man zuerst die Nudeln aß und im Anschluss den Salat ist dieser mit der Limettennote sehr erfrischend. Unser Nachtisch war ein "Reisküchlein", welches mit Himbeeren, Orange, Banane, Erdbeeren und Heidelbeeren serviert wurde. Von den Getränken bis zum Nachtisch war alles super schön angerichtet und die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett. Wenn wir vorbei kommen machen wir ganz sicher wieder einen Halt hier.
